Do you take insurance?
Unfortunately, most insurance companies do not currently cover naturopathic care, so we are not contracted with any insurance providers. However, we can provide documentation for you to submit for possible reimbursement, depending on your specific plan’s out-of-network benefits. You’re welcome to use your HSA/FSA in office and on our online medicinary. Please note that we do not accept CARE Credit.
Do you provide pediatric care?
Yes, at Vitalship Naturopathic Family Medicine we are a family practice and see patients from newborn to 18 years old. Our services continue from then into geratiric care.
Do you offer virtual visits or house calls?
Yes, we offer telemedicine, phone visits, and house calls.
Do you accept unvaccinated children?
Yes, we accept patients of all vaccination status from completely unvaccinated to fully vaccinated. We do not provide vaccinations in office but we can refer you for those services if you require them.
Do you have an after-hours care line?
No, we recommend if you are in need of care after hours or during a time when we are closed that you utilize urgent care or emergency care services.
Can I come in for a treatment if I am not an established patient?
Yes, you can come in solely for our various treatments including aesthetic treatments, IV treatments, acupuncture, cupping, etc without establishing primary care. For complete holistic care we recommend establishing as a patient.
If I am sick, can I get a same day appointment?
Yes, we have five physicians in office here at Vitalship. You are not required to see your primary physician each visit. We will get you scheduled as soon as possible to see the next available physician, during business hours. We’ve curated a collaborative environment to ensure consistency of care.
