NEWBORN & INFANT
WELLNESS VISIT
Within the first two years, your little one’s brain and physical development are significant. As such, it is important to monitor their growth and milestones during that time to ensure future health and prevent possible complications.
For our infant patients, our naturopathic physicians recommend scheduling routine wellness visits for newborn and months 1/2, 3/4, 6, 9, 12, 18, and 24. After which, we continue to focus on preventative care through annual Child Wellness Visits.
CHILD WELLNESS VISIT
Our child wellness visits follow WHO recommendations as well as the CDC. They are typically an hour long, during which your naturopathic physician will evaluate your child’s growth and development, address any additional health concerns, and prepare a treatment plan to best meet your child’s health needs and goals.
ACUTE SICK VISIT
This inpatient care service is specifically for infants and children with chronic, complex, and critical illnesses. During your family’s visit to Vitalship, we will assess your child’s medical condition and set up on-going care to ensure that your child is provided with everything they need for optimal healing.
SPORTS PHYSICAL
If you require official paperwork to be submitted to your child’s school for their sports physical, you may schedule this specified visit to have only this physical exam done, along with the paperwork.
WE SUPPORT ALL VACCINATION CHOICES
Although we do not administer vaccinations in our office, we have various naturopathic and homeopathic alternatives to reinforce and strengthen your child’s immune system.
We also offer referrals for our patients who wish to have their children vaccinated.
