Do you take insurance?

We currently do not accept health insurance, however our office can provide you with a superbill, should you want to bill a different insurance plan on your own for reimbursement.

How much do you charge for a visit?

You may contact us for information on pricing. We are usually considered specialists under insurance contracts, so your specialist copay may apply.

Do you do Well Child visits?

We offer Well Child visits where we evaluate growth and development and address parental concerns, but we do not administer vaccinations.

Do you do house calls?

House calls may be arranged for established patients.

Do you offer birth services?

We do not offer birth services. However, we do provide adjunctive care for preconception, prenatal, and post partum needs.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

If you need to cancel your appointment, we do ask for a 24-hour notice. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the agreed upon cancellation/no-show fee. Please review our cancellation policy by clicking here .

What if I miss my appointment?
