There are a lot of stereotypes and opinions in society around how women should look, act and feel. There is nothing wrong with putting yourself first.
In fact, it’s healthy when you focus on and put value in living a healthy lifestyle and engaging in healthy life practices. Adopting healthy habits like regular massage therapy sessions, working out regularly and taking some quiet time through meditation or concentrated breathing can help to not only relieve daily tensions, but also rejuvenate your mind and spirits.
Vitalship is proud to provide our female patients with Arvigo Massage and Mayan Uterine Massage, administered by our trained and certified naturopathic doctors. These massage therapies were developed by Dr. Rosita Arvigo, DN, who apprenticed under the Maya healer Don Elijio Panti in addition to her naturopathic education and training.
The journey toward your healing is important to us and helping you find joy in self care will only allow you to more effectively keep up with your busy life.
